- In preparation for the upcoming benefit enrollment period I set up a MyWisconsinID per instructions on the website. This was apparently successful. ETF then attempts to further verify the account which failed. (Best guess is the failure related to a changed email address.) Subsequently I cannot get past that ETF verification screen.

- I called the ETF help number and eventually talked to someone who forwarded my call to the MyWisconsinID help desk. After considerable time a tech answered who verified my analysis that the MyWisconsinID was set up correctly and the problem was in the ETF programming. He also offered an ETF phone number, 608-264-8333, which does not work.

- Next I tried the "contact us" webform. This has a section which asks the sender to select a category (such as "Name or Gender Change") using radio buttons. None of the entries can in fact be selected, at least as the page is displayed on my system.
