        To Whom It May Concern:

        The Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation, Inc., is designated
        to receive certain investment accounts as well as the residue
        and remainder of my estate upon my death.
        
        I request the Foundation distribute these funds for charitable
        purposes as follows:

          25% to the United Methodist Committee on Relief
          15% to the Wisconsin Conference Board of Global Ministries
          15% to the Green Bay Area Public Schools
          15% to West Side Moravian Church in Green Bay, Wisconsin
          10% to St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Green Bay,
                Wisconsin
           5% to St. Norbert College of De Pere, Wisconsin
           5% to the University of Wisconsin Green Bay
           5% to the Salvation Army of Brown County, Inc.
           5% to the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation itself
               with the intent of providing for new and creative
               ministries

        In the event any of the above named organizations ceases to
        exist or is not able to receive this charitable bequest, I
        ask the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation to substitute
        another appropriate recipient.
